I believe they’re being delivered to AXS accounts, but so far I’m seeing nothing.
If we’re all in the same boat, does anyone know when the tickets will be delivered?
If you think I have a problem )meaning you’ve received yours already), let me know and I’ll try contacting AXS.

2022.01.24 16:08 Chlorineinmycandy 50$ for uber to get to work until payday
Hello, thank you for reading this.
It's been a very tough month for us after we contracted covid. Trying to make it financially until tax return comes through but it's been getting very tight. We need some help for my daughters father to get to work until payday otherwise its quite a long walk in the PA cold, in the middle of the night, for a man who just got over covid and has a heart condition. An uber giftcard would help, so you know that's what it's going to, or it can be cashapp if that's easier for you. Anything helps, thank you.

2022.01.24 16:08 BigFinanceGuy Passed the SIE! What are good materials for the Series 79 and Series 63?
Starting my full time gig in July and I'm very excited. I'm a college senior and they told me to knock out the SIE while I was in school. I was pretty nervous but I'm so happy I passed. I used the STC and Capital Advantage Tutoring. What are the best materials for the 63 and 79? I take them in July but want to get a head start on reviewing so I'm not stressed out.

2022.01.24 16:08 LawlsuitEsq How to Make Your Next Season Great Again
How to Make Your NEXT Season Great Again
1) The Long-Ass Introduction
AmErIcA WoUld bE BeTtEr OfF WiTh a MuLtIPaRtY pOlItIcAl SyStEM!!!1
(This is going to be long - grab a drink or skip to the conclusion - but why do that? Don't you want to learn about the exciting world of Japanese politics?)
Or, that's what I hear so often from people. I started studying politics almost 2 decades ago, Jesus I'm getting old, and I've been using one simple rule for the past 10 years or so - Eliminate bad answers, before trying to find correct answers.
Everyone seems to hate this, but I've found politics is unique and odd in that regardles of your qualifications everyone has a valid and equal opinion; which is different from say Physics where your personal opinion on String Theory is only taken as seriously as your expertise in the subject. Worse yet, politics in modern Western Democracies fails to deliver on it's promises if you treated it like Physics and only let the "experts" have their say on things - if those experts could even agree themselves. Moreover, I'd question any physics conference that insisted I be there and participate, because I'm about useful with physics as an asshole attached to your elbow, as kinky as that might be for some of you.
So I started explaining away silly statements like the one above about multi-party systems, because it was just a better way to get people searching themselves for a subset or correct answers they like. Think of it as an asshole-centric Socratic Method where I tell people why an idea that they like sucks, but without giving an alternative answer, so in turn they get so pissed off they start researching things themselves. Each your heart Plato, Diogenes was right. https://minimalistquotes.com/diogenes-quote-61905/
The idea a multi-party political system would be better than our "Two-Party" system in America is always my first indicator someone is talking out their ass. First, almost every system is two-party. Sure you can have Parliamentary systems and run offs instead of two parties and primaries, but the end result 95% of the time is the two major center-right and center-left parties entering into a run off, with notable exceptions like France recently where both major parties were told to fuck off and they ran an independent against the fully right-wing candidate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_French_presidential_election
In America our primaries function similarly, its just most people prefer center-right and center-left so those candidates generally filter out the fringe candidates. Both systems essentially function the same at the of the day. You can look towards Japanese politics for a wonderful example of how these political "Factions" as I call them, operate generally. This is because Japan while being a Western Democracy is essentially a one-party state, with the Center-Right Liberal Democrat Party holding control of the Government for all but 4 years since the end of WWII. In the Liberal Democrats, your positions are all relatively similar but the faction you belong to matter more than anything. Your patron politician, whether it was Koizumi the consummate moderate or the current PM Shinzo Abe, the staunch nationalist, mattered more than the letter next to your name. Your faction matters more because the LDP always wins - even if they are sometimes so corrupt Ministers just commit suicide rather than answer inquires about why "purified" water costs the taxpayers millions of dollars. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toshikatsu_Matsuoka
This interplay of factions explains how, for example American Republicans went from "I have a way to kill terrorists, spread democracy, AND get us oil" in 2002 to "We have the only President to not start new wars" in 2018. And to pick on the other side, same thing for how American Democrats went from "marriage is between a man and a woman and we need need to control the border" in 2008 to "you better make love to that trans-LatinX-undocumented-worker RIGHT NOW BIGOT" in 2022. It's the same two political parties, but the factions in control are what matters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhp_DDHe_X0
We dilute a complex moving machine into a set binary choice.
Project Diablo 2 has its own faction problem, or lack of understanding about the factions in it. (There's your smooth ass transition after that long introduction). Moreover, understanding the wants/needs/motivations of each group is really key to evolving our understanding of the changes we want. It's even more critical because while in voting and politics my vote gets cast against 13 million other Virginians, and then against 330 million other Americans at the Federal level, we have so much more direct contact with our Dear Leaders. (Que some jackass complaining about the Electoral College in the comments).
2) The People of Project Diablo 2
I see three major factions in Project Diablo 2 - The Conservatives, The Casuals, and The Grinders. I'm obviously going to satirize and make fun of all of these groups, but each is actually a vitally necessary component to the system.
The Conservatives of PD2 are ones constantly striving for a revival, which people always get wrong ideas about revivals. It's not that you want to reinvigorate the Roman Empire, but more so trying to create a new one in the image of the old. Old things died because they failed, and a revival is a call back to keeping the pillars of great things that held a society up, while accepting the modernity of changes that need to be made. These people are often obsessed with Culture, as their political counterparts are, and stress the need for a moral base to construct the revival on. PD2 conservatives are concerned with long-term game health, and corrupting influences that may harm that like inane price checks, excessive greed in trading, and not understanding hard or grindier game play for long-term pay off.
The prototypical example of this is uh, fuckin' me. Sorry. The Conservatives might be annoying and pushy, but we have our points. The best of the Conservatives are trying to make useful videos on how to help this game survive, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avMmidKfyJg&t=1s) and the worst of them are shitposting in frustration (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoS5X1lysNU - That lore change video is still, IMO, the funniest damn thing I ever wrote and I'm sad no one liked it but me).
The Casuals of PD2 are the ones looking for balance. Generally deriding the maps player level changes, detesting the grindfest of the political elites and their rune wealth, and favoring changes to gameplay that help sustain interaction short-term with immediate results. The best of the Casuals make compelling, real-life centered arguments for way greater loot drops help sustain the game. https://www.reddit.com/ProjectDiablo2/comments/sacly2/p3p5_map_ideas/ The worst of them are shitposting about the lack of "muh runes" and running off to D2R.
The Casuals are again though, a very necessary component. Knowing their stance and background is almost more important than the "facts" argued. For example, I didn't mind the loot changes to maps at all, but in the face of D2R's updates and my fears for the long-term health of the game, I think Casuals are now right about maps needing a change back to players 5 of even higher. (Though they're still wrong about Season 2 Bowazon - it wasn't just OP is was fuckin' broken nerds get over it).
The Grinders of PD2, are, well, cunts. But they're our cunts. They're the guys who generally supply our annihilus' and early season torches, or they have that odd semi-GG items going for a couple HRs when you're finally "middle class" in PD2 after a few weeks. While there's a constant stream of bullshit from the casuals about this game constantly catering to the Grinders, they provide the meat of the economy. Remember your Pareto distributions - If we have 10,000 players - 100 people are gaining 50% of the wealth (probably a little less because of how loots drops work - you can get no pay for today, a week's pay, or maybe even a year's pay at random).
They're the ones furiously masturbating over the extra gul rune they saved in a trade by undercutting the undercut on the trade site. (ALL THE SELF PROMO MOTHER FUCKERS - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJORuLrI6NM) But they're also probably the people making build guide videos, and show casing top-end class builds that help people make decisions on what they would like to play.
3) The Conclusion and what you can do
I've now read for a fuck-long time and I don't know how this matters, you say. Fear not, baby birds I'll feed you.
Knowing that everything isn't a black and white choice - like p3 maps versus p5 - and acknowledging that viewpoints of the individuals making up the factions matters as a starting point (while - yes - taking into account actual evidence) is key to changing your own mind about things. For any philosophy majors out there - this is really simplified concept of Existentialism, which is the objectively correct philosophical viewpoint and I'll personally give helicopter rides Pinochet style to any post-modernists who disagree.
This long as fuck so I'll just wrap up the conclusion - If you understand factions you can understand changes to the game better, build guides better, and you might, dare I say it, grow a little a bit and become a more valued member of a small and tight-knit community all striving for relatively the same thing - A dope-ass revival of a beloved title that is going to be dry-fucked by the remaining Activision staff unless Microsoft decides to clean house.
So to make your next season as great as it can be - start *NOW* by breaking down what changed or what didn't go right for you this season.
I ignored my own guide https://www.reddit.com/ProjectDiablo2/comments/paf3l8/how_to_make_your_season_great_again/) and ditched a magic-finder to start the season, thinking my map luck wouldn't change. While one of my groupmates found literally 1 of every high rune this season in maps, I managed a Jah/Ohm at the top end all season. I don't want to start in a hole, so I'm looking to what the Grinders do as a faction - checking out singegoldfind barbs to stack orbs/rejuvs etc to sell at a consistent price.
I'm going to look at what the Casuals did, flocking to Necromancer because of changes made to it. It's still expensive to gear with skillers, which again I always advised against, but it's so strong now it can be played with no gear, allowing for easy entry to maps early in the season. I don't want to start in a hole again, like I did this season, and suffer because of it.
My group is looking to the Grinders and seeing if we can't get a decent 3-man Dclone team since Annis are still selling okayish, even though both my groupmates had no D-clone interest at all the previous seasons.
I don't like or agree with these factions in PD2, but fuck, I can't just ignore what they bring if I want to have fun. Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.
a) did I set myself up for success?
b) did I do any research pre-season to better my chances of success?
c) am I now engaging in delusion and blaming shit like map changes for my lack of success?
d) did I shit on other people with different ideas and not incorporate how they play the game into my own ideas?
I fucked up on almost all of these, and I'll be doing an hour or two of research to make sure my next Season is Great Again.
So turn that complain about p3/p5 maps into something constructive. Go generate a funny meme, because even that helps a community if done authentically. Don't leave a moronic jackass comments on a Summon Amazon video about it not being faster than a Bowazon because you're a simple minded toolbag who wants to go BRRR. And always remember the Existentialist theory - understand individual viewpoints and live authentically. If you do those two things, it's hard to fail, and it will be hard for us to fail. More importantly, it will be hard to not make your next Season Great Again.

2022.01.24 16:08 Tomnician How cold is TOO cold?
I have a fan in the window just pumping cold air(20F to 40F/-6c to 4c) directly onto my 8GPU miner and a fan on the other side of the room exhausting that air. The temp of the room is usually around 50degreesF. These are 3090's so I keep all the VRAM temps between 70-90c.
I can't think of a reason not to do it this way. I could reverse the fans so one is exhausting and the other intake but having the outside temp blow directly onto the rig has the better temps.
Is there such a thing as too cold? I haven't had any issues with condensation not sure in what scenario that would be a problem...

I viewed the UK Immigration Web Site and it appears you have to have a specialized job or education to stay longer than six months. Is there a way for a retired couple to come to the UK and stay longer than six months? We would like to stay for a year or two and probably not retire there.
Is there a way to stay in the UK longer than the six month Visa. We have a good retirement income, with quite a bit of savings and health insurance. Thanks in advance.
